Returns Policy

Our returns policy extends for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound from a skein into a ball. We also don't accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the wrong item was shipped to you or it was damaged in transit to you then we will refund return postage and replace your item at no additional cost. Otherwise, read on.

If coming in to our store to return your item is not convenient, please mail your product to 395 Sydney Rd, Balgowlah, New South Wales 2093, along with a copy of your receipt and delivery address. You will be responsible for return postage and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit - you may want to consider using a tracked delivery method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
